Slime

As part of their Chemical Science learning this term, Gr5/6s are exploring observable properties of solids, liquids and gases. In STEM last week, they had the opportunity to create slime, an example of combining certain solids and liquids to change the matter's state. Once the slime is formed, the particles are more tightly packed together than in the ingredient's liquid state.
