Congratulations to all who contributed to our fantastic Presentation Assembly last week. To Miss Doran for her organisation of the assembly, Mr Tantari for his AV/IT skills and to our fantastic Grade 5 hosts – you did an outstanding job! To the team of people that worked together to make this event so successful – we offer our sincere thanks and appreciation. Congratulations to all of our Grade 6 leavers for a fantastic year of learning, leading and growth, it was pleasure to celebrate with you all. Congratulations and all the very best for High School in 2020; remember to, ‘Be kind and take the chances offered to you!’

Grade 6 Events
The Grade 6s have enjoyed two special events to celebrate their end to Primary School. Congratulations and thank you to the Grade 6 Parent Group who have worked tirelessly this year to ensure the year has been fun and memorable for our senior students. The students enjoyed a wonderful Grade 6 Celebration Dinner at the Happy Chef on Monday night. This was followed by a relaxing and fun day with the YMCA and then at the Cressy Pool. Thank you to all who make these events possible and for the fabulous opportunities you make happen for our Grade 6 students.
Today Cathy Cloudsdale worked with the Grade 6 group to plant their leaving sunflowers. These will bloom in 2020 to remind us of the leavers of 2019. These seeds were harvested earlier this year from the sunflowers that were planted by our 2018 group. This cycle continues each year.

We wish the Corban-Banks family all the best as they move to the next stage in their lives. Thank you for being a vital part of our school community and changing the lives of many students. We will miss you!
