Swimming Carnival - Grades 3-6
Grades 3-6 Swimming Carnival is being held this Thursday, 7th November, at Hagley Farm School pool. There are plenty of events for swimmers and non-swimmers, so we do expect all children to attend. Buses will leave school at 9am and we will return to school in the afternoon. Children will need bathers, towel, recess, lunch and a drink.
Spectators are welcome to attend. There will be a teacher, parent, student swimming race - if you would like to participate please contact the school office.
NO LUNCH ORDERING FOR GRADES 3-6 ON THIS DAY
Longford are excited to be able to host the 2024 Infant Fun Day on Thursday 21st November. Schools participating in the Fun Day are Longford, Cressy, Perth, Evandale and Campbell Town. This year we are planning on running multiple activities for our P-2 students. The Fun Day will be at the Longford football ground and not at the school. Children will rotate around the inside of the oval while our famillies can watch on the outside of the fence.
More information and a sausage order form will be sent home to families next week. Please return the sausage order form by Friday 15th November. There will be coffee and slices for staff and parents only at the canteen. If you can help out on the day by serving from the canteen, please let the office know.
